Production Capabilities

GJDtechnics heeft veel productiemogelijkheden om uw idee te realiseren.

3D printing

3D printing provides various advantages for developing and producing prototypes and small production runs. It allows GJDtechnics to quickly and cost-effectively create complex shapes that are difficult to achieve with traditional manufacturing methods. Below are the benefits of the two available 3D printing techniques, FDM and DLP:

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)

  • Cost-effective: FDM is a relatively affordable technique, ideal for quickly producing functional prototypes and parts.
  • Material variety: A wide range of filaments is available, including PA, ABS, PETG, and flexible materials, allowing the properties of the final product to be precisely tailored.
  • Speed and efficiency: FDM is excellent for rapidly producing larger parts or multiple smaller parts at once.

DLP (Digital Light Processing)

  • High accuracy: DLP offers very fine resolution, making details sharp and precise. This makes it ideal for parts where accuracy is critical.
  • Smooth finish: Thanks to its precise light-curing technology, DLP provides a smooth surface finish, simplifying post-processing.
  • Suitable for small and complex parts: DLP is particularly effective for printing smaller, intricate parts that require a high level of detail, such as injection molding tools.

CNC Milling and Turning Technology

In addition to 3D printing, GJDtechnics also offers CNC milling and turning technology, providing additional options for manufacturing parts and prototypes.

CNC Milling

  • High precision: CNC milling produces parts with excellent accuracy and finish.
  • Versatile material use: Suitable for a wide range of materials, including various metals and plastics.
  • Suitable for all production volumes: Suitable for all production volumes

CNC Turning

  • Efficient for cylindrical shapes: Perfect for creating parts such as shafts and bushings..
  • Fast and consistent: High processing speed and repeatability, making it ideal for series production.
  • Complex geometries: Ability to produce parts with internal and external details.

Complementary to 3D Printing

CNC techniques offer additional precision, material options, and mechanical properties, making them a perfect complement to 3D printing capabilities. Together, these techniques provide a complete solution to bring every design to life in detail.

Laser cutting

GJDtechnics offers both Fiber and CO2 laser cutting capabilities, providing precise and efficient solutions for a variety of materials.

Fiber Laser (for metals)

  • High precision: Ideal for accurately cutting metals, such as steel and spring steel, or precisely cutting hardened steel bushings.
  • Clean edges: Produces sharp and smooth cutting edges with no need for post-processing.

CO2-laser for plastics and rubbers)

  • Versatility: Suitable for a wide range of plastics, rubbers, and other non-metals.
  • Accurate and clean: Ensures clean cuts with minimal material deformation.
  • Flexible applications: Ideal for both simple and complex shapes.
  • Suitable for small production runs

Complementary to CNC and 3D Printing

Laser cutting complements CNC and 3D printing techniques by offering fast and precise cutting options for a wide range of materials. This makes it a versatile choice for various projects.

Additional Production and Processing Capabilities at GJDtechnics

    • Spot welding, electric welding, and flame cutting: For strong and durable joints in metal constructions, whether for fine details or robust components.
    • Pressing and sheet metal bending: Capabilities to accurately bend and shape (thin) metal sheets, ideal for creating various components.
    • Plastic sheet processing: Plastic sheets up to 1 meter can be bent with a specialized heating bar, ensuring clean, precise bends.
    • Small production runs are also possible

These techniques provide flexible solutions for a wide range of production needs.
