GJDtechnics a one-person company specializing in turning ideas into functional prototypes and production models. With years of experience gained at various engineering firms, development departments, and within its own company, GJDtechnics is ready to assist in realizing your project.
GJDtechnics developed the patented Double Point Pump, which led to the founding of the company: www.doublepointpump.com .
Thanks to extensive experience in development, calculation, simulation, manufacturing, and testing of prototypes, high-quality products can be delivered in a short time. Most prototypes are produced in-house, ensuring maximum control over the development process. GJDtechnics can also deliver small production runs.
Products and prototypes are developed based on the client's concept, combined with the knowledge and expertise of GJDtechnics. Through collaboration with various companies and R&D departments, GJDtechnics stays up to date with the latest technological innovations and market trends.
GJDtechnics excels at providing simple solutions to complex challenges and improving and optimizing new and existing ideas and products.
Do you have an idea that needs to become reality or be improved? Contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Do you have an idea or want to further develop a product? GJDtechnics is ready to work with you to determine the best approach.
The first consultation is always free and non-binding, with full confidentiality of your ideas guaranteed.
If you decide to proceed, a detailed project plan will be created, divided into clear phases. This plan includes various decision points, ensuring transparency in progress and keeping costs under control. The project can be stopped at any time, with a completed part always delivered. This can range from (3D) drawings and calculations (such as finite element analysis) to flow or thermal simulations and prototypes.
The prototypes are produced in-house using advanced techniques such as 3D printing, CNC milling, CNC turning, laser cutting, injection molding, and mold casting. If desired, GJDtechnics can also facilitate the handover to a manufacturer. Prototypes can be tested at GJDtechnics using various measuring instruments, such as thermal cameras, dynamic torque and power meters, and flow and pressure gauges.
Additionally, reverse engineering services are offered, often starting with 3D scanning, followed by design adjustments in CAD.
